CUSTOM ORDER FORM

• Check out our design detail page for fabrics, colors, and additional details you can add to your styles.

• Once your order is received, we will send 6-8 designs to choose from.

• Once design is confirmed, an estimate will be sent to confirm price and estimated shipping date will be sent. See pricing page for estimate costs.

• Please note that 50% of your estimate will be due upon receipt in order to proceed to production.

• Production time is currently 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise noted when design is confirmed.

• For any orders that need to be shipped in under 1 week, an additional $100 rush charge will be applied.
